Description
Here is the moment I admitted the Strategic Council had a hole in it.
For three months it produced recommendations that were intellectually right and operationally undeliverable. The Growth Advisor proposed work. The Margin Advisor modelled it. The Red Team stress-tested it. The Chairman synthesised it.
Nobody asked who would actually do it, when, and against what would stop.
That question is not a perspective. It is a constraint that does not belong to any one advisor's lens. So it fell through. Five smart people produced a plan that nobody had tested against the calendar.
I added a sixth seat. The Operator. Schema-mandated, Round 1 of every deliberation.
