In this video I joined several Filipina Artistas and Influencers on a trek through the pristine Jungles of El Nido, Palawan to plant ipil tree seedlings. We have teamed up with Herbal Essences to learn more about climate change and conservation in hopes of raising more awareness to contribute to a greater change. With each ipil seedling we wrote down a pledge. Each of us offering up a change we could make personally in our life to help prevent, reduce or repair the destruction humans are inflicting on the earth daily. After much anxiety and thought, I decided to take the plunge and go plant based! I knew it would be a massive change and one that would not come easily nor all at once, but I do truly believe it will help the earth and I know it will surely help me holistically. After the trek I take my first meal under my new requirements and though my performance was not perfect, I am very proud of the progress and the new direction I am taking. Finally join me as I journey back home by air, land and sea to be reunited with my baby!! The highlight of the 3 day saga and the light of my life! Much love everyone!
