Join us as we go Island Hopping in El Nido, Palawan with the Herbal Essences Team! Today I learned the value of self-care and mindfulness with an early meditation session. Then I spent the day at sea enjoying some of the GORGEOUS neighboring islands with equally gorgeous women! Finally I wrapped up the day with a lovely beachside hair spa and crafted myself a beautiful floral crown with the help of sangrias. I also blame the sangrias for my lack of a proper ending and our favorite emoji segment.
