I have to confess, for months now I have been binge watching *literally ALL* of WithWendy's Sewing tutorials. Her encouraging personality and honest depictions of her constructions have inspired me to try and make my own sustainable clothing as well! I have sat in awe for half an hour at a time as Micara Tewers manages to assemble amazing costumes out of pretty much anything! And I have enjoyed Nava Rose's fresh tutorials on how she makes the trendiest little outfits....all with acrylics btw.....and after months of consuming this content nonstop I decided it is time to dip my toes in the water! So here we go!
Join me as I whip up a "soft corset" ( history buffs might rather refer to this as a corset shaped vest LOL) using pretty much just a locally woven fabric. So to my surprise and amazement I can honestly call this a success! I learned SO MUCH and I gained a lot of confidence! Feel free to recommend other articles of clothing you think might make a fun project/video in the future! Cheers to new skills!
