This past August, I had the pleasure of heading down to The Fly Angler, in Blaine MN for their Industry Day. It was a lot of fun tying flies up stair in the custom rod shop and trying various rod blanks out in the grass with the industry Reps. One of those blanks was these Custom Thorne Bros 2 Hand Musky Fly Rods, in 9'3", 9'6", and 9'9". Since then, Thorne Bros has got the blanks dialed in, and since I am fully convinced 2 hand musky fly fishing is the future of Predator Fly Fishing, I was stoked to check it out....even in the 13 degree weather.
