Dark Souls 2 just got real-time path tracing — not a ReShade preset, not a filter,
not RTX Remix. One modder named Ganaboy completely replaced the game's renderer with
a custom-built path tracer, adding DLSS 4, FSR 4, HDR, volumetric fog, and real-time
shadows from every torch, bonfire, and glowing item in the world.

This is the lighting DS2 was always supposed to have. And it runs better than most
modern path-traced games.
