Hey Everyone!
I want to share with you one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes called Banh Xeo. Banh Xeo is a crispy savory crepe made from rice flour filled with pork, shrimp, onions, and beansprouts that is served with fresh greens, herbs, and a sweet fish sauce for dipping. My family eats ours with spring roll wrappers and it is one of my favorite, special occasion meals!
It is a bit labor intensive but totally worth it! I hope you will give it a try!
