I recently bought a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer which I have been wanting for over a year now. I love the idea of being able to preserve food for long term storage.
After about a month of having our freeze dryer, I have a decent supply of meals I have processed and wanted to try them for the first time with you guys!
Prior to this, I have never had freeze dried food before so I was a bit nervous but here is how these entrees turned out...
