One of my favorite recipes I have ever tried happens to be one of the first ones I made in college; Chicken Cordon Bleu II from Allrecipes.com. I have always loved the idea of hosting so I wanted to make something special for some of my closest friends during my sophomore year of college. I scoured the internet for the perfect recipe and came upon this! It ended up being a huge hit amongst my friends and a recipe I make on special occasions. It has never failed me so I wanted to share this recipe with all of you in case you are looking for an amazing dish to serve your loved ones as well!
