Description
When replacing a zipper in a Vintage Leather Coat, there is NO room for errors!
1) I use a lot of Clips. (Don't move the clips until a couple stitches away)
2) Start from the BOTTOM of the zipper & on the INSIDE of the Jacket.
3) Stitch in the original seam line with LONG STITCHES.
4) DON"T back stitch except where necessary like the bottom or top.
5) After clipping zipper into one side, CAREFULLY (yep need to remove next clip the reclip after going past it) put zipper together & check to make sure the zipper matches at bottom & top of other side of coat.
6) You get ONE, just ONE, chance to stitch this darling in!
7) I am your life-line. You can call a friend! Me, TheZipperLady.com
