this mode is completely insane but i love it
breakdown of what's going on:
- when you place pieces down they turn adjacent blocks in the stack into the same colour as them until they meet the same colour (ie blue will keep painting until it finds a blue)
- lines will only clear if they are only a single colour
- wild blocks (the rainbow ones) count as any colour for the purposes of line clear (ie if the line only has blue and wild on it it clears), and also keep painting more wild blocks until it hits holes or the playfield edge (they don't stop at other wilds)
- anti blocks (the wireframe looking ones) will destroy blocks intead of painting them, except wild blocks can't be destroyed and block the line of effect of anti blocks
- at stage 3 noise blocks (or as i like to call them missingno looking ahh blocks but that's a mouthful) start appearing, and they work like regular blocks except they will prevent a line from clearing if any noise block is on it (even if it's all noise or wild)
