Description
This World Water Week, here we're highlighting the situation millions of women and girls deal with every day, just to get water and the work needed to change this.
The climate crisis is fundamentally a water crisis. Right now, 2.3 billion people live in water-stressed countries, lacking access to safe, reliable, and affordable water.
Oxfam is one of the few organisations with decades of operational experience delivering WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene services) across fragile, remote and conflict-affected areas.
We combine deep technical expertise, community engagement, and the ability to convene governments, the private sector, and civil society to deliver lasting solutions.
