Today we’re switching things up and diving into patch making with the embroidery machine. I’ve been doing a ton of hat videos lately, but this time I wanted to level up and see what it takes to make custom patches from scratch. I’m talking name tags, jacket patches, t-shirt tags, and sewn-on shirt patches — testing all of it.
I’m not gonna lie… I had no clue how to do this when I started, but I walked through the whole process in real time — prepping the backing, loading frames, stitching test patches, even trying (and kind of failing) to sew them onto shirts. 💀 It’s all here.
We also got some new two-tone hats in the mix, worked on some 3D puff designs, and I’m lowkey thinking about selling blank hats on the site soon too 👀
