It’s Kenyon back with another video, and today we’re dropping a huge new collection on T-Shirt Tube—custom city hats for every city in the USA! 🧢 Whether you’re from Chicago, Charlotte, San Diego, or any other city, you can now create your own personalized hat by adding your city name and a custom phrase that represents you. From villain vibes to being the GOAT of your town, this collection lets you make it your own.
We're using the Tajjima TMEZ embroidery machine—aka "The Beast"—to get these hats stitched up. You guys already know we love to mod this machine, and today, we added the most unexpected one yet: a hamster cage turned thread holder! 🐹 You heard that right. It’s practical and hilarious, and we’re always looking for crazier mods, so keep dropping those ideas in the comments.
In this video, we print three demo hats:
Chicago Villain Hat - Light blue and white embroidery.
Charlotte Goat Hat - White and green embroidery.
San Diego Taxpayer Hat - White and gold embroidery.
I’ll walk you through the entire process, from framing the hats to the final stitch, and even show off some other custom hat designs we've been working on.
