Description
Sonic New Time is a potential Full Game Mod Project for Sonic 3 A.I.R., created by Rene_SF, featured as an entry to the 2026 Sonic Hacking Contest!

*Entry Overview*
The entry here (as mentioned in the entry description) will try to change everything possible to make Sonic 3 A.I.R. as similar as possible to a modern game, and will also have a mode that will be a new story.
-
*The mod contains 3 modes:*
New Time Mode - Includes Neo Green Hill, but this is a very early stage of it. For demo 2, it will have a complete redesign. It's possible to play the prototype by activating a setting in the A.I.R. menu.
Modern Mode - Changes palettes to zones for now, and adds some modern objects.
S3AIR Mode - Makes the mod compatible with as many mods as possible.
-
*Change log since demo 1:*
• Added Tails;
• Sonic was upgraded;
• Bug Fixes;
• Compatibility with MISCfit Characters;
• New Abilities for Sonic and Tails (Tag Actions and Tricks with the L & R button) and just for Sonic (Light Dash and Slide Attack);
• New Menu;
• Sonic and Tails new act like extra characters for S3AIR Mode.
*Quick Notes*
This is not demo 2, this entry is labelled as demo 1.5. There is still a lot of what the creator has planned, many things will be changed for demo 2.
Also, Sonic Heroes OST was a music mod I used for the Modern Mode stages since there isn't any new music and I figured it would be worth adding to the mode.
