October 2026 - 5 Big Shifts - Venus Retrograde Mercury Retrograde Jupiter in Leo Sun in Libra
October brings five major astrological shifts that ask us to reconsider our relationships, communication, ambitions, and emotional foundations. Some changes invite reflection, while others push us toward a new direction.
Venus Retrograde brings relationships and agreements under review. What feels good to give, and what do we expect in return? Old patterns may resurface, revealing where harmony has become compromise without honesty.
Mercury Retrograde asks us to revisit decisions, conversations, and plans. Slowing down gives us an opportunity to recognize misunderstandings and express what we actually mean.
Jupiter Enters Leo, shifting the emphasis toward creative expression, leadership, and purpose. The challenge is to let wisdom guide our confidence rather than allowing confidence to substitute for wisdom.
The Sun Debilitated in Libra highlights the tension between personal authority and keeping others happy. We may need to examine where cooperation supports our integrity and where approval has become too important.
Saturn’s Continued Pressure in Pisces keeps asking us to develop emotional maturity and spiritual discipline. Faith must become something we practice when life feels uncertain.
Together, these shifts make October a month of reassessment. The opportunity is to make clearer agreements, speak thoughtfully, and bring greater responsibility to the life we are creating.
