My honest review of the Zacme Mixer

I have used a lot of mixers over the years, including Hobart floor models when I worked at a bakery decorating cakes. Other than a few high end models (Ankarsrum and Ooni Halo) I have pretty much used them all. So I am pretty familiar with how powerful commercial mixers should work.
So when Zacme contacted me, I was interested in testing it. I had already heard about it, but wanted to see if it worked as promised.
