2. 1/2 kg sliced onions
3. 1 whole garlic
4. 1 tbsp grated ginger
5. 4 green chillies
6. 2 tsp turmeric powder
7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
8. 3 tsp coriander powder
9. 2 tsp meat masala powder
10. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
11. 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
12. 1 cinnamon stick
13. 6 green cardamom
14. 1 black cardamom
15. 4 cloves
16. 2 star anise
17. 1 tbsp shahi jeera
18. 1 tsp whole black pepper
19 2 mace
20. 2 tbsp kasuri methi
21. salt as required
22. 1/4th cup hot oil
