2. 2 tbsp heaped curd
3. 1/2 cup milk cream
4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
5. 1 tsp cumin powder
6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
7. 1/2 tsp salt
8. Cooked mutton
Mutton Afghani curry
1. 3 tbsp oil
2. 1 cinnamon stick
3. 3 cardamoms
4. Marination masala mixture
5. Mutton broth
