What happens when you ask the spirit world "who am I" and it answers through a standing stone, a song, a stranger, and the river under your feet?
This is a live teaching recorded with over 300 people gathered from around the globe. We met the Celtic Goddess Danu, the great mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann, whose name lives in the rivers of Europe and whose children carried the original elemental cosmology into Ireland.
We opened with Soul Tracking™ , my term for the practice of reading messages from your spirit guides through everything: the hawk, the dream, the song that arrives twice, the stranger who says the thing you needed to hear.
The plan was to move into a recorded immersive journey. The tech had other ideas.
So we did what the moment asked for. I led the circle into an impromptu guided meditation, walking them into a standing stone medicine wheel where each stone, each direction, carried a message in answer to a single question: Who am I?
What unfolded was unrepeatable. The kind of meditation that only arrives once because it was made for that exact circle on that exact night.
