Description
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to transfer an existing config.dat file from a KUKA KSS 8.7 system into iiQKA.OS2 9.2 using iiQWorks.Sim. You’ll see how to correctly copy home positions, tool data, and base data, understand why certain parameters must be excluded, and load the configuration into the Virtual Robot Controller (VRC). By the end, you’ll validate the setup by running a simple program and confirming that all tools and bases are available and working as expected in iiQWorks.Sim.
The content of this video is intended solely as a supplementary aid for mitigation purposes. It is not a substitute for formal training or certified instruction required for commissioning or operational procedures.
