With 8 months to live, Mrs. Thomas received healing of cancer at a Kathryn Kuhlman miracle service in Seattle, Washington. Not only was her lung cancer healed, but her entire family came to Christ or renewal, after witnessing it at the auditorium in Washington. At 105 pounds and full of inexpressible thanks to God, Alice Thomas walked up to the platform with her arms and hands turned upward, stretched out in front of her... Her son Charles Jr. helped her to the front in the miraculous moment, whilst her husband, Charles, could hardly see through tears of joy.
We thank you God for Kathryn, and would thank her personally were she here on earth today, even though she continually reminded her followers and listeners that she had "nothing" to do with the healings occurring in her services. Yet Kathryn made healing more accessible by holding these mass services across the country, in which the Holy Spirit was treated with utmost respect and given freedom to do His work. She did her best to never get in the way of His working. So she did in fact have "something" to do with the healings.
