A professional dancer, Sunny, who performed in Las Vegas and on the Carol Burnett Show was healed in a service at the Shrine auditorium in Los Angeles, conducted by Kathryn Kuhlman in 1973. Three different medical doctors had confirmed that Sunny was afflicted with an incurable illness: Multiple sclerosis. Sunny had no experience in miracles and initially distrusted Kathryn Kuhlman, even as she had viewed her on television. She prayed in the name of Jesus whether or not to attend, and God answered, "Yes."
