Mr Shayne Adams from Chicago, Illinois recently visited the Extreme Boxing gym on the Sunshine Coast, Australia and presented an excellent cutman seminar. The seminar was very warmly received by all who attended, one of whom was Mr Stephen Edwards, Jeff Horn's cutman. Steve attended on the eve of his departure to Las Vegas for the WBO World Welterweight title fight when Jeff makes the second defence of his world title against a boxer regarded as one of the pound-for-pound best in the world, Terrence Crawford. This got us thinking about the role of one of the unsung heroes of any fight team - the cutman. We took the opportunity to speak with Steve after the seminar and record his feedback, plus we passed on our best wishes to Jeff.
