High political drama unfolded in Jaipur as Congress leaders and workers staged a protest at Ambedkar Circle. During the demonstration, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra were taken into custody by the police.
Several Congress MLAs and senior party leaders were also detained during the protest. Following the detention, all leaders were taken to the Vidyadhar Nagar Police Station.
The protest witnessed heavy police deployment to maintain law and order, while Congress workers raised slogans against the government. The incident has once again intensified the political confrontation between the ruling party and the opposition in Rajasthan.
