Equally to learning steps and techniques in couple dancing, practicing active surrender to the moment, the partner, the music, to me carries the same relevance in a dance class as any other theme.

And so, creating these type of safe containers, movement & emotional labs, where we can explore all the ranges of what is possible as a dancer, as a human, than later bringing this gift onto the dance floor and life, is priceless.
