Observe the way they transfer their weight onto the ground, as when done well, the rest of the body will move in an effortless way.
It will even look easy what they do, despite the complexity of all the elements coming together, because they invested endless hours of repetition into it.
And yes, learn new things, expand your vocabulary, yet never forget that all what you do and the quality of how you do it depends entirely on the quality of your fundamentals.
It will be felt, it will be seen by the ones that know where to look.
