Why buy a flimsy, temporary greenhouse when you can build a post & beam tank? 💪
I wanted a greenhouse that actually looked beautiful in the garden, so I designed and built this 10x12 Post & Beam cedar greenhouse. It sits on a solid poured concrete foundation to keep the wood dry, features classic scarf joints with heavy-duty lag bolts, custom curved corner braces, and is wrapped in clear twin-wall polycarbonate to trap all that heat. To keep it from turning into an oven in the summer, I added cedar louvered vents and a thermostat-controlled exhaust fan for perfect airflow.
