This quick sewing lesson will demonstrate 2 ways of adding box corners to 2D bags / pouches to add a flat bottom for added volume. A vital skill for making any pouch, bag or purse!
In the video, I begin with a very simple bag made from 2 pieces of fabric sewn around 3 sides, and then show you two different methods for adding a base; one involving folding and then sewing; the other involving cutting out a square first.
