How accurate is the @garmin watch when it comes to VO2 max?
It was not very accurate for me. Granted, I have only been wearing it for 9 months and I haven’t varied my running training much. @captgarrisonrosie on the other hand, has had his longer, and has much more varied training and it was much closer for him. We got our vo2 max tested at @dexafit_tallahassee, highly recommend!
