But what if we explored the natural strengths of the guitar itself?
One of the guitar's most significant advantages is its ability to comfortably access and connect more than three octaves while maintaining melodic continuity. This opens new possibilities for alaap, phrase development, improvisation, scalar movement and musical expression.
In this episode, I explore how a guitarist can move beyond imitation and begin to discover the instrument's own strengths.
