Description
Thank you for watching my longest plant growing series for over ten years! It is with sadness that I announce that I sold Josh in mid-September 2025 due to a sudden economic decision to move far away from my townhouse in Carlsbad, California. Due to the suddenness of the decision, I did not have the time or energy to drive to the higher elevation inland deserts of Southern California to transplant Josh into the wild lands of its native habitat (not sure if that would have been legal anyway, as most wild lands out there are government owned). I sold my Joshua tree to a plant growing enthusiast for a fair price. He lives in La Mesa, California, which has a hotter inland climate compared to where I lived, but the elevation difference is negligible. The man who bought my Joshua tree said he will plant it in the ground with lots of open space around it.
