Description
A long wrap-up video of season 2 of Growing California Poppies from Seeds. In the end, the problem was that the poppies were self-sabotaging in this self-watering planter by clogging up the draining holes going into the internal water reservoir, creating waterlogged anaerobic conditions that led to root rot and buildup of toxic gases generated by decomposition of root matter and coco coir. I suggest not using self-watering planters with internal reservoirs for plant growing. The concept is great on paper but fails in practice.
