I was at TCL's Experts meet Experts 2026 event in Warsaw, and they had their 98-inch flagship, the X11L, set up for a hands-on look. In this video, I walk through the TV's menus that you see which options are available and how responsive the interface is.
On top of the OS update, TCL shared a few things coming down the pipeline. Google Gemini is being introduced starting with the P8K and P8L series and newer Google TV models from 2025 onward. Google Photos is getting an upgrade too: instead of the current 720p display, your personal photos will be shown in 4K on compatible screens. The art gallery mode is being extended to all TCL TVs, not just the flagships.
The X11L itself is TCL's top-of-the-line model for 2026 and at 98 inches it's hard to miss. This video gives you a practical look at what the software experience is like on it.
