Thanks to Terry, here is a (mostly complete) audience source of a 1999 show. This concert is from Elton's March 2nd stop at the Peoria Civic Centre as part of his first true solo tour.
Note: Elton plays 'I Only Want To Be With You' as a tribute to Dusty Springfield.
