6 sheets of spring roll wrappers
1 qt vegetable oil for deep-frying
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tsp minced ginger
Egg wash:
1 egg white + 2 tbsp water
