LOCAL 12 Video Yesterday

Description

A Corvette and a Ferrari got unexpected soaks Tuesday as king tides flooded Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach and near the Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan.

Photos show the dark-colored Corvette C8 partially submerged in floodwaters along the waterfront, with choppy water and a lineup of superyachts in the background.

The scene comes as another round of king tides floods Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, inundating roads and low-lying neighborhoods.

The Ferrari, which appears to be an 812 Superfast coupe, was spotted at Ocean Boulevard near the Lantana Bridge.

West Palm Beach's high tide was expected to peak around 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, with another high tide forecast for 10:59 p.m.
