Description
Chicken, bacon, and creamy potato pie is full-on comfort—rich, layered, and built to satisfy. In this video, we show you how to make a proper chicken bacon potato pie from scratch, with tender chicken, smoky bacon, and a silky cream sauce finished under a golden potato topping. If you’ve been searching for “chicken bacon pie recipe,” “creamy potato topped pie,” or “easy comfort food casserole,” this is the one that delivers.
Watch the full process—searing the chicken for depth, crisping the bacon for that smoky hit, building a smooth cream sauce with onions, garlic, and herbs, then layering everything with soft potatoes that bake to a golden finish. This is real cooking—simple ingredients, done properly, with big results.
The result is powerful: juicy chicken, crispy bacon woven through a rich, creamy base, and a potato topping that’s soft underneath with golden edges on top. That moment when it comes out of the oven—bubbling, rich, and perfectly browned—is what makes this dish so addictive to watch and even better to eat.
Perfect for family meals, batch cooking, or anyone craving something hearty and satisfying, this pie delivers every time. Once you get this right, it becomes a go-to.
