I came next to Industrial Pkwy and was originally going to film both this Pedestrian crossing and the roadway crossing but I ended up deciding to just film the pedestrian crossing due to the timing off Capitol Corridor trains coming and me trying to work my way north to get certain crossings I wanted to film as around this time, Capitol Corridor trains would snow there frequency untill the afternoon. I also setup at this angle that's less scenic if I faced the opposite direction because I wanted to get the dual RSI LED side of the crossing and not only that so I can get a good approaching train shot so I can picture in picture the roadway crossing gate rising when the bells here shut off. This crossing and the roadway shares the same relay case control box which is why it acts like the roadway crossing and has a bell combo due to the roadway crossing like mentioned ring till the gates start to rise.
This pedestrian crossing appears to be a 70s SP signal install with only its bases and mast pole being original to the signal install as everything else on the signals are a replacement of the originals. This is another crossing that has RSI LEDs within the Bay Area as UP briefly used them in the 2000s across the Bay Area.
