►In this video, I will show you step by step how to build a 1830W Half-Bridge SMPS that operates safely and efficiently. We will check the 310V DC bus voltage, adjust the switching frequency to around 40kHz to reduce switching losses, minimize cross-conduction, and keep the Mosfet running cooler.
You will also learn how to wind the current transformer for proper protection, calculate and wind the main transformer, and test the system with a real load using a 12V lamp. I will explain important practical tips to ensure stable startup and reliable long-term operation.
