This wall workout was requested by a subscriber, asking for kicking at the wall. This is a great 15 minute workout (or you can repeat the progressions and sequence and do it for 30/45 minutes non-stop). I use a variety of progressions, speed, sequences and explosive breathing to increase the challenge of this workout.
