Description
Discover the profound essence of devotion and self-realization with the soulful sankirtan 'Haule Haule Preet Tere Nal La Lai,' guiding you to transition from body-consciousness to your eternal connection with the Divine.
In this episode of Amrit Varsha, Param Pujya Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa beautifully weaves together the paths of Bhakti (devotion) and Gyana (wisdom).
The session begins with a mesmerizing sankirtan that sets a meditative tone, followed by an enlightening discourse on the nature of the 'Self.' Gurumaa explains how our attachment to the physical body and worldly roles is the root of all suffering. By understanding that we are the pure, eternal Self (Atman) and not this mortal frame, we can break free from the vicious circle of 'me and mine.' Watch to know more.
This episode is an excerpt from the discourses by Param Pujya Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa held in Toronto, Canada, from 18th to 21st September 2025.
