As I mentioned already on my Instagram / other socials, these last couple of weeks have been pretty wild. I am beyond thrilled to be playing with Trivium --- it's honestly the most stoked I've ever been.
I learned this song ("Bury Me With My Screams" from their upcoming EP) & made this video for them in a couple of days --- at that stage we already had plans for me to come down to Florida, but I just wanted to show that I was already working hard on the material.
I've learned 14 songs these last couple of weeks --- while also doing some writing with them & working with producer Josh Wilbur down in Florida. So it was that during the day, & grinding learning the material at night. I've played drums quite a lot these last couple of weeks! 😂 🤙🏻
For real, ya'll - I am truly elated to be doing this. At any rate: As much as I'd love to do one of my usual ultra-long / detailed YouTube video descriptions, I don't currently have much time. I'm scheduling this video to post tomorrow, & then I gotta get to sleep! We have an incredibly busy few days before this tour starts.
