The greatest majority of the rifles Randy builds are based on client’s orders. This past fall he built a .300 Ultra Mag, an ultimate hunting rifle. It is now waiting for a new home.
The rifle is built on a Lone Peak custom RH action, McMillan Hunter fiberglass stock, Hawkins MS Oberndorf bottom metal, Q. D. floor plate, trigger assembly, Burris HD scope in 5-15x44mm scope.
With custom load work up this rifle shot a .268 3-shot group at 100 yards.
The target and load data come with the rifle.
