Description
IF YOU SAID YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT, DO IT.
Eric Thomas explains why CHARACTER is more important than simply being talented or motivated.
When somebody hires ET, they know they're getting the same commitment and intensity they've seen from him on YouTube.
No one has to pump him up.
No one has to beg him to perform.
Because real integrity means honoring your commitments, even when nobody is reminding you.
Your word should mean something.
Your actions should back it up.
And your character should speak louder than your promises.
STOP WAITING TO BE PUSHED. DO WHAT YOU SAID.
