Description
Stop celebrating what you started when you haven't finished what you were assigned to do.
Eric Thomas explains why the FINISH is what separates average performers from elite performers.
You ran the route.
You caught the ball.
You made the play.
But did you FINISH?
It doesn't matter how talented you are if you don't complete the assignment.
Finish first. Celebrate later.
Don't just practice the play.
PRACTICE THE FINISH.
