Dear Friends of Wudang,
This Saturday, April 30th, 2022 is World Tai Chi and Qigong Day. It is not an officially recognized event here in Wudang… But a lot of people all over the world are starting to celebrate it and in the spirit of friendship and practicing together I invite you to join me via Zoom to practice some Wudang Taiji and qigong at 10 AM April 30th … WUDANG time. Which is 9 PM (CST) in the USA.
