Description
Around three inches of snow has fallen around the Wichita, Kansas area and wind chills are around -15 below zero this morning. The video shows snow packed roads and crews clearing the snow. A little more accumulation is possible through tomorrow as the winter storm warning is in effect until noon on Sunday.
