Why don’t more people train with high-intensity?

Here’s Dorian’s thoughts…

It’s human nature to think that more is better, if one hour of training is good, then wouldn’t two be better? Would ten sets be better than one?

It’s not the case.
We’re not practising a skill that takes repetition.

Train hard, go to failure and if you’re thinking about doing another set, you can’t have been pulling out all the stops in that set in his opinion.
