Description

Part 3 in this series ❤️

The flags above broken down further:

1. 🚩 not cruising, taking steps, or especially pulling to stand
2. 🚩 lack of non verbal communication and imitation of social gestures
3. 🚩 mama, dada, no, word approximations, animal sounds, etc all count!
4. 🚩 not bringing toys to show you, not seeking you out to interact with what you’re doing, limited eye contact, and not responding to their name
5. 🚩 always worth an immediate evaluation if there’s a skill regression lasting longer than several days with a previously acquired skill

Remember just because you see one of these signs, it doesn’t necessarily mean your child needs therapy. But it is a great idea to get a second pair of eyes on your kiddo and bring your concerns to the attention of your pediatrician ❤️
